Hi there, I’m Georgie,

I grew up playing video games and always knew I wanted to make them. I learnt to code at university which got me my first job developing children’s mobile games. After that, I moved into my dream role as a designer working on triple-A games. Since then, I’ve been involved in designing single player narrative driven missions and now level designer for multiplayer.

Being able to draw on skills from my technical background and combine it with creativity and collaboration is what I love about design. There’s nothing better than seeing an idea come to life.

I’m a big believer in the idea that you can’t be what you can’t see. This is why I actively seek out volunteering and mentoring opportunities that help encourage diversity in the industry. I’ve worked with organizations such as IntoGames, Video Game Ambassadors and Coderdojo and i’m a Women In Games Ambassador. I’m always open to discussing opportunities to help out so get in touch if you’d like to chat.

Aside from video games, I’m super into cycling, running and going to the gym. I love getting outside and having something to train for, whether that be a triathlon or a marathon. I live in Hove by the seaside, so most weekends you’ll find me down the beach or hanging out with my very fluffy family dog, Tashi (see pic).
